As the former Chief Security Officer at GE Digital, Frank navigated the complexities of overseeing a $3 billion business with 4,000 global employees. His strategic leadership was evident in managing enterprise risk during the Russia-Ukraine conflict. As the Deputy CSO and Business Resilience leader at GE Power, he spearheaded the crisis response to the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing employee relief and communications programs, ensuring the safe repatriation of stranded travelers, and regular briefings to company leadership.

Frank's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he excelled in counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and counterproliferation missions. His collaboration with military, diplomatic, and law enforcement entities, coupled with cutting-edge technology and innovative tradecraft, consistently achieved mission objectives.

With industry recognitions as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Business Continuity Planning (CBCP), and Project Management Professional (PMP), Frank's professional credentials reflect his commitment to excellence. Actively contributing to the security industry, he serves as a ASIS chapter chair, participates on the ASIS Global Awards Committee, and is a member of his county's Threat Assessment and Management team. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Masters Certificate in Project Management from Georgia Tech.
